The ProcessHow we got here and how we plan to accomplish our goals…
Finding the generous manufacturer
We stumbled into the story of a linens manufacturer who sells on amazon.com through the Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) program. There’s always a portion of the sales that end up in customer returns which then amazon sends to an address of choice. We learned that repackaging the returned sheets for resale is often times is not profitable, much less, a lost cause. This is especially true for the international sellers. We put up our puppy faces and asked if those items could be sent to our warehouse (one of the parent’s basement actually!) for us to donate these linens to places of need. Voila!
Team Assembly
We put together a team of students – two from high school, two from middle school and two from elementary school (the puppy faces!). Soon enough, we are now running a warehouse, talking to shelters, hospices and hospitals. We inventory the items and sort them, repackage them for donation and list the unopened items for charity sale. We plan to use the funds raised to address community needs.
The future
We want to spread the word so that students across the nation can run their own warehouses. Recruit other manufacturers who want to participate in this movement. We want to use the power of logistics and supply chain management to route right products to places of need.
The TeamMeet our amazing staff.

Fundraising
We raise funds through charity sales. Visit our “Shop for a cause” page to see what’s for sale. These are great products that are highly discounted.

Funds Management
We meet once every month to discuss the spending of the funds raised. If you have a wonderful story, contact us!

Teamwork
We wish that our operation in the small town of Purcellville, VA can be replicated across the country. Contact us and let’s work together!
The GoalNationwide network. Local impact.
In our limited experience talking to shelters, we realize that there is a greater need for household items and groceries. Let’s form a network, spread the word, recruit the generous manufacturers and create a platform for routing the returned goods to places that need these items.
We have seen people smile. It’s infectious! We want you to experience what we have experienced!
